Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and prototyping of next-generation semiconductor manufacturing equipment and smart robotic systems.
- Develop and implement advanced control algorithms for autonomous mobile robots and industrial automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers, to integrate complex subsystems.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of prototypes to ensure performance reliability and safety standards.
- Analyze technical requirements and market trends to propose innovative solutions for smart manufacturing challenges.
- Write technical documentation, research papers, and reports to disseminate findings within the scientific community.
Kualifikasi
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of research and development experience in the semiconductor or automation industry.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, and MATLAB for system development.
- Strong understanding of robotics frameworks (e.g., ROS, ROS2) and simulation tools (e.g., Gazebo, Webots).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex engineering issues under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
