Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end mechanical system design for innovative automation solutions, from concept development to detailed engineering
- Develop and implement mechanical designs for advanced manufacturing equipment and automation systems
- Conduct feasibility studies, design analysis, and technical validation of mechanical components and assemblies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electronics, software, and systems engineers to ensure integrated solutions
- Manage multiple research projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality parameters
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and management
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building technical capabilities within the team
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in manufacturing and automation
Kualifikasi
- Master's or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical system design, preferably in automation or manufacturing technology
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar) and simulation tools
- Strong background in mechanical design principles, including finite element analysis and tolerance analysis
- Experience with prototyping, testing, and validation of mechanical systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in teams
- Good communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Prior experience in a research or academic environment is advantageous
