Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end research projects concerning AV safety assessment, sensor reliability, and edge-case simulation.
- Design and implement novel methodologies for evaluating autonomous system performance in complex urban environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate multi-modal sensor data for real-time safety decision-making.
- Develop high-fidelity simulation models to validate AV decision-making under diverse weather and traffic conditions.
- Secure competitive research grants and contribute to high-impact scholarly publications.
- Mentor postgraduate researchers and oversee technical staff in the laboratory.
- Represent NTU at international conferences and industry workshops related to intelligent transport systems.
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of research in autonomous vehicles, sensor fusion, or computer vision.
- Strong programming proficiency in Python, C++, or MATLAB for simulation and data analysis.
- Deep understanding of safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262, SOTIF) and autonomous driving stacks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in managing large-scale research projects and budgets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, academic-industrial hybrid environment.
