Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead pioneering research in adaptive robotics and mechatronics, focusing on humanoid and multi-arm systems for industrial applications.
  • Develop and implement advanced control algorithms (e.g., model predictive control, impedance control, reinforcement learning) for dynamic manipulation and locomotion.
  • Design perception pipelines integrating computer vision, LIDAR, and tactile sensing to enable autonomous interaction with the environment.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to prototype, test, and deploy robotic systems in real-world manufacturing and logistics settings.
  • Publish research outcomes in leading journals (like IEEE TRO, IJRR) and present at top international conferences.
  • Contribute to securing research funding through grant proposals and maintain active industry partnerships.
  • Mentor graduate students, interns, and junior researchers, promoting a culture of scientific excellence and continuous learning.

Kualifikasi

  • PhD in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of postdoctoral or industrial research experience in robotics, with a strong publication record.
  • Expertise in humanoid robotics, multi-arm manipulation, and adaptive/robust control.
  • Proficiency in C++ and Python, with extensive experience in ROS/ROS2, Gazebo, and MATLAB/Simulink.
  • Hands-on experience with robot hardware (e.g., Universal Robots, KUKA, humanoid platforms) and sensor integration.
  • Solid understanding of kinematics, dynamics, and motion planning for articulated robots.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) for perception and control.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a collaborative team, and passion for translating research to real-world impact.
