Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and promptly attend to guest inquiries and concerns.
- Take orders accurately, handle transactions, and serve food efficiently in compliance with brand standards.
- Assist shift managers in monitoring daily food preparation, quality control, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Guide, mentor, and train junior kitchen and service crew members on standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations (HACCP principles).
- Manage stock replenishment and assist with inventory counts of food supplies and packaging materials.
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to achieve monthly sales targets and operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a service crew, cashier, or kitchen staff in a fast-food or casual dining setup.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Basic leadership potential with a willingness to guide and train junior team members.
- Strong attention to detail, especially regarding food hygiene, presentation, and order accuracy.
- Flexible schedule, including readiness to work morning, afternoon, or night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or possess an Associate/College degree in Hospitality, HRM, or related fields.
