Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional customer service and promptly attend to guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Take orders accurately, handle transactions, and serve food efficiently in compliance with brand standards.
  • Assist shift managers in monitoring daily food preparation, quality control, and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Guide, mentor, and train junior kitchen and service crew members on standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations (HACCP principles).
  • Manage stock replenishment and assist with inventory counts of food supplies and packaging materials.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to achieve monthly sales targets and operational excellence.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a service crew, cashier, or kitchen staff in a fast-food or casual dining setup.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Basic leadership potential with a willingness to guide and train junior team members.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially regarding food hygiene, presentation, and order accuracy.
  • Flexible schedule, including readiness to work morning, afternoon, or night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or possess an Associate/College degree in Hospitality, HRM, or related fields.
