Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end revenue cycle process, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collection.
- Perform thorough audits of patient accounts to identify discrepancies and initiate corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze denial trends to implement preventative strategies and process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal departments and insurance providers to resolve complex claims issues efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and internal financial policies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on revenue performance, key metrics, and collection status for management review.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members regarding billing workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or medical billing.
- Strong proficiency in revenue cycle software and healthcare information systems.
- Advanced knowledge of medical terminology, CPT/ICD-10 coding, and insurance reimbursement guidelines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Superior communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with payers and stakeholders.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial data.
