Staff Domain Inc is partnering with a global engineering and construction firm specializing in large-scale industrial and mission-critical facilities. We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Revit MEP Drafter/Fabrication Specialist to join our dynamic team in Pampanga. This role offers an opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects that shape the future of industrial infrastructure. You'll leverage your expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) to create precise MEP documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency with a passion for excellence in fabrication coordination, ensuring seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in complex industrial environments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings using Revit software
- Create fabrication drawings and shop drawings for industrial projects
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance
- Integrate MEP systems into architectural models using BIM methodologies
- Prepare material takeoffs and documentation for fabrication processes
- Review and revise designs based on client feedback and regulatory requirements
- Maintain version control and documentation standards for all deliverables
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
- Minimum 5 years of Revit MEP drafting experience in industrial projects
- Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and industry standards
- Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection
- Familiarity with Philippine building codes and international standards
- Proven ability to manage complex drawing sets and deadlines
