Stealth Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior RF Engineer to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive radio frequency spectrum analysis and coverage prediction to ensure optimal network performance. We are looking for a technical expert who can synchronize, validate, and maintain high-quality RF-related datasets while providing critical Regulatory & Tender Support for our diverse projects.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct detailed radio frequency (RF) spectrum analysis to identify interference sources and optimize network coverage.
- Perform radio coverage prediction using advanced modeling tools to plan network infrastructure efficiently.
- Synchronize, validate, and maintain RF-related datasets to ensure data integrity across the organization.
- Provide Regulatory Support by ensuring all RF activities comply with local and international standards.
- Assist in the preparation of technical tenders and proposals, demonstrating deep RF expertise to potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot RF issues and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor RF performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders regarding network health.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in RF engineering, specifically in spectrum analysis and network optimization.
- Strong working knowledge of wireless communication standards (3G, 4G/LTE, 5G) and RF propagation principles.
- Proficiency in using RF simulation tools such as Atoll, Planet, or similar software packages.
- Experience in Regulatory Affairs and Tender preparation within the telecommunications sector.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
