Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal operation and uptime of RHEL servers.
- Manage and configure RHEL services such as Apache, Nginx, DNS, FTP, and other critical applications.
- Implement and enforce security best practices, vulnerability management, and patch management policies for all RHEL systems.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash, Python, or Ansible to streamline operational tasks and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with development, network, and security teams to support application deployments and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and architectural diagrams to ensure knowledge transfer and operational consistency.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in administering and managing Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems.
- Proven expertise in RHEL versions 7 and 8, including installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python) and experience with automation tools like Ansible is highly desirable.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus) and log management solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification is highly preferred.
