- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for financial, operational, and compliance-related activities
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies aligned with regulatory requirements
- Analyze key risk indicators (KRIs) to monitor exposure and predict potential threats
- Prepare detailed risk reports and executive dashboards for senior leadership

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field; Master's preferred
- 3+ years of experience in risk management, financial analysis, or auditing
- Strong proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in data modeling and statistical analysis
- Professional certification (FRM, PRM, or CFA) is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to stakeholders
- Experience with risk management software and data visualization tools
