BTPN Syariah is a leading financial institution dedicated to providing innovative Sharia-compliant banking solutions. We are currently seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Risk Control Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will serve as the primary Risk Manager for key Business Units, including Funding Support, Treasury & Financial Institutions, and Corporate Services.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the bank's assets and reputation by identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial and operational risks. You will lead the development of robust risk management frameworks, ensure strict adherence to Islamic banking regulations, and provide actionable insights to senior management to drive sound decision-making.
Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the designated Risk Manager for Business Units: Funding Support, Treasury & Financial Institutions, and Corporate Services.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, including credit, market, and operational risk analysis, to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies and internal control policies aligned with BTPN Syariah standards.
- Monitor market trends and economic indicators to assess their impact on the bank's portfolio and treasury operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with Sharia principles (Syariah) and all applicable banking regulations and internal guidelines.
- Prepare detailed risk reports and dashboards for the Board of Directors and senior executives on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed risk awareness into daily business operations.
- Lead investigations into irregularities and recommend corrective actions to minimize financial losses.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in risk management, banking, or the financial services industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Islamic banking principles (Syariah) and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven experience in managing risk for Treasury, Corporate Banking, or Funding Support units.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, risk analysis software, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
