Are you a visionary engineer passionate about pushing the boundaries of autonomous systems? Wirabot is seeking an innovative and hands-on Senior Robotics Engineer to lead our R&D efforts in Kuala Lumpur. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of sophisticated robotics solutions, including Humanoid platforms, Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR), and advanced security systems.
In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between complex theoretical research and practical logistics automation. You will mentor junior engineers, define technical roadmaps, and ensure our systems perform at the highest levels of reliability and precision. Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, develop, and deploy advanced robotic software stacks for Humanoids and AMR platforms.
- Lead the full R&D lifecycle, from conceptual design and prototyping to production deployment.
- Integrate sensor fusion, computer vision, and navigation algorithms to optimize robotic performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable logistics automation solutions.
- Establish technical standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineering staff to foster technical excellence.
- Design and maintain robust security protocols for automated robotic systems.
- Optimize system hardware-software interfaces for maximum efficiency and energy reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related Engineering discipline.
- 4+ years of professional experience in robotics development or complex automation systems.
- Proficiency in C++ and Python, with a strong background in ROS/ROS2 (Robot Operating System).
- Proven track record in logistics automation or industrial robotics projects.
- Deep understanding of motion planning, kinematics, and localization (SLAM).
- Experience with embedded systems and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage technical projects in a deadline-driven environment.
