Camp Netanya Resort and Spa, often called the 'Little Santorini of the Philippines,' is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our guest experience, ensuring that our Mediterranean-inspired villas and suites are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, luxury, and comfort.
As a Senior Room Attendant, you will not only perform high-level cleaning duties but also mentor junior staff, oversee room inspections, and ensure that our brand identity is reflected in every corner of the property. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform deep cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of guest rooms and suites in accordance with resort standards.
- Lead and mentor junior housekeeping staff to ensure consistency and quality in daily operations.
- Conduct rigorous pre-arrival room inspections to ensure all amenities and equipment are fully functional and aesthetically perfect.
- Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor immediately.
- Ensure all housekeeping trolleys are stocked and organized to maximize efficiency.
- Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the front office team to manage room availability and guest turnover schedules.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Room Attendant in a luxury resort or hotel environment.
- Proven leadership or team-lead experience is a significant advantage.
- Deep knowledge of professional cleaning chemicals, equipment, and sanitation protocols.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Good command of English and Filipino, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand, lift, and perform manual labor throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or vocational training in Hotel and Restaurant Management is preferred.
