Directio is a leading Global IT Outsourcing firm looking for a Senior RPA Developer to join our innovative team. In this hybrid role, you will play a pivotal part in automating business processes and driving digital transformation for our clients. We are seeking a candidate with a strong technical background in RPA technologies and a passion for integrating AI/ML solutions.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of RPA solutions, from requirement gathering and process analysis to design, development, testing, and deployment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and help streamline complex workflows using industry-standard tools.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable RPA bots using Blue Prism and UiPath.
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities into RPA workflows to enhance automation intelligence.
- Conduct thorough testing (Unit, Integration, and UAT) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed RPA solutions.
- Document technical processes and maintain version control for automation scripts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in RPA development and automation.
- Expert proficiency in Blue Prism and UiPath platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts applied to automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Experience in a hybrid work environment is preferred.
