Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive safety management systems across mining operations
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Ensure compliance with national OHS regulations and international safety standards
- Design and deliver safety training programs for all operational staff
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety into operational planning
- Lead emergency response planning and safety drills
- Manage safety documentation and reporting to regulatory bodies
- Investigate and analyze root causes of safety incidents
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in safety engineering, preferably in mining or heavy industry
- Professional certification (e.g., CSP, OSHA certified, or equivalent)
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian OHS regulations and international standards
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and incident investigation
- Experience developing and implementing safety management systems
- Excellent communication and training facilitation abilities
- Proficiency in safety management software and reporting tools
