Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Sales Admin (Team Lead) to join our growing team in Tuas. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will take charge of the sales administration unit and streamline critical automotive processes. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of sales administration, ranging from initial deal creation and vehicle registration to complex COE bidding strategies, inventory coordination, and shipment management.
As a Team Lead, you will not only manage daily administrative tasks but also mentor junior staff, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across all operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in the automotive sector who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can drive results for our clients.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the sales administration team to ensure high productivity and service standards.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including deal creation, quotation preparation, contract finalization, and submission.
- Manage vehicle registration applications, COE bidding processes, and ensure all insurance documentation is processed correctly and on time.
- Coordinate inventory levels, stock management, and arrange shipment logistics for new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, and provide training on administrative procedures and compliance.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance in all sales documentation and records.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding sales progress and operational updates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales administration, preferably with exposure to a Team Lead or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore’s vehicle registration rules, COE bidding mechanics, and vehicle documentation requirements.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage, and develop a small team of administrators.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines during peak sales periods.
