Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales administration or operations support
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with contract management and sales documentation
