In this critical role, you will be the engine behind our sales strategy, transforming complex performance data into actionable insights that drive substantial business growth and operational efficiency.
As a key member of the Sales Enablement team, you will bridge the gap between raw data and strategic decision-making. You will work closely with sales leadership to optimize processes, analyze market trends, and identify untapped opportunities for revenue acceleration. Your analytical rigor and strategic recommendations will directly empower our sales force to perform at their highest potential, making this a pivotal role in our organization's continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis of sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strategic dashboards and reporting systems using Power BI and Tableau.
- Partner with Sales Operations to streamline processes and enhance overall sales productivity.
- Support the monthly and quarterly forecasting process by analyzing historical data and market dynamics.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on sales territories, quotas, and compensation plans to drive performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Product) to align on strategic initiatives.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business recommendations for senior leadership.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the sales operations framework.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related analytical field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, or a related high-impact role.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
- Proven track record of using data to drive strategic business decisions and measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, is highly desirable.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
