- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with corporate clients, educational partners, and key stakeholders
- Lead negotiations for high-value contracts and partnership agreements while maintaining long-term client relationships
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities and growth areas
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to create tailored solutions and value propositions for clients
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership
- Mentor junior sales staff and foster a results-oriented team culture
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in sales and business development, preferably in education or corporate training
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strategic partnerships
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Extensive network within corporate and educational sectors in the Philippines
- Leadership experience with demonstrated ability to manage and develop sales teams
- Proficiency in English and Filipino; multilingual skills considered advantageous
