Tanggung Jawab
- Drive revenue growth by proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial inquiry to contract finalization.
- Conduct professional site tours and presentations for prospective clients and residents.
- Build and nurture long-term professional relationships with high-net-worth clients and business partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a senior sales or account management role, preferably in the hospitality or real estate sector.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a focus on consultative sales.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet ambitious sales quotas.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-centric mindset.
- Flexible work availability, including weekends if required by business needs.
