Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash, credit card, and e-wallet (GCash, Maya, etc.) sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and balance inquiries.
- Ensure strict compliance with all cashiering policies, company regulations, and security procedures.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving payment-related inquiries and issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales counter environment.
- Assist in the training of junior staff on proper transaction handling and compliance.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Sales Associate or Cashier.
- Strong proficiency in handling cash, credit cards, and digital payment platforms.
- Excellent mathematical skills and a keen eye for detail to prevent errors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
