A well-established travel company is looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Sales B2B Travel Agent to join our growing team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our business-to-business (B2B) network, specifically focusing on managing and acquiring sub-agents to boost regional sales growth.
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will leverage your industry connections and market knowledge to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with travel partners, corporate clients, and sub-agents. We offer a competitive salary range of IDR 7,900,000 to IDR 9,000,000, along with performance incentives and career progression opportunities. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new sub-agents to expand the company's B2B distribution network across target regions.
- Maintain strong, active relationships with existing sub-agents, providing them with regular product updates, promotional offers, and operational support.
- Develop and implement targeted B2B sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and travel trends.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and commissions with sub-agents and corporate clients to ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with internal operations and product teams to customize travel packages that meet the specific needs of B2B partners.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience, specifically in B2B sales within the travel agency or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of managing and growing a network of sub-agents or corporate travel accounts.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian travel market, popular destinations, and ticketing systems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build trust with key business partners.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive strategy.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
