Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets in the consumer electronics sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Present product demonstrations and technical information to potential clients
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review
- Mentor junior sales team members to enhance overall team performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer electronics sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of consumer electronics products and market trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is required
