Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage the sales order process for automotive parts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Provide exceptional aftermarket support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure optimal stock availability
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth
- Assist in developing sales strategies and promotional activities for parts and aftermarket services
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation in the CRM system
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in parts sales or aftermarket support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of automotive parts and industry standards
