Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive sales enablement strategies aligned with revenue objectives and product roadmaps
- Develop engaging sales training curricula including e-learning modules, battle cards, and product certification programs
- Manage and optimize sales content repositories, ensuring timely delivery of competitive intelligence and solution assets
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify skill gaps and create targeted development interventions
- Facilitate sales enablement workshops and coaching sessions to enhance product knowledge and negotiation skills
- Collaborate with marketing to create sales-ready collateral and campaign support materials
- Measure enablement program ROI through data-driven analysis and continuous optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or training development
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement technologies
- Proven track record of developing sales training programs and performance metrics
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales environments preferred
