You will leverage your technical expertise to close deals and foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the region. Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct in-depth technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients to showcase the value of CEJN solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth in the assigned region.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose tailored engineering solutions.
  • Provide comprehensive technical training and support to internal teams and external partners to ensure product adoption.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform product positioning and sales strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, engineering sales, or a similar B2B sales role.
  • Strong understanding of fluid power, hydraulic systems, or industrial automation (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the region to meet clients and attend trade shows.
