Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare comprehensive technical specifications (spec-in) for consultants and contractors
- Provide exceptional after-sales support and technical assistance to clients
- Contribute to the development and improvement of refrigeration products
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand and address customer requirements
- Deliver compelling technical presentations during client meetings
- Develop innovative solutions to technical challenges in the sales process
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and business partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with preference for Mechanical or Refrigeration specialization
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering
- Deep knowledge of refrigeration systems and related products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both technical and business contexts
- Ability to translate technical specifications for non-technical clients
- Proven experience working with consultants and contractors in the industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking abilities
