Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop customized solution proposals and technical sales strategies
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new sales opportunities
- Act as primary technical liaison between customers and product development teams
- Provide pre-sales technical support including system architecture consultations
- Train sales teams on product features and technical capabilities
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for sales enablement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-sales engineering or technical sales roles
- Strong knowledge of enterprise software/hardware solutions and technical architectures
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proven track record in solution selling and closing enterprise deals
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., cloud platforms, networking) preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
