Tanggung Jawab
- Generate and qualify new sales leads through market research and targeted outreach
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategic account plans and sales methodologies
- Analyze customer requirements to propose tailored technical solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales roles
- Proven track record of lead generation and sales pipeline development
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand complex products/services
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Certification in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
