Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations to clients and prospects
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and presentations
- Assist in training and mentoring junior sales team members
- Conduct product training sessions for internal teams and key clients
- Prepare technical proposals and respond to complex customer inquiries
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with product development teams to provide customer feedback
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales
- Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems and construction materials
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in sales team leadership or mentorship
- Ability to travel throughout the West Region as required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Professional certification in sales or engineering is a plus
