- Lead technical sales discussions and product demonstrations for HVAC systems
- Develop customized HVAC solutions to address complex customer requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create winning sales strategies
- Conduct site assessments and provide technical consultations to clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical proposals and presentations
- Maintain deep product knowledge across Johnson Controls' HVAC portfolio
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC sales engineering or technical sales
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, building automation, and energy efficiency
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through technical solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Certification in HVAC systems (e.g., LEED, BMS) is highly desirable
- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
