Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop technical solutions for HVAC and building automation systems
- Conduct comprehensive site assessments and system evaluations for prospective clients
- Design and present customized HVAC solutions aligned with client requirements and sustainability goals
- Lead technical product demonstrations and client training sessions
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, quotes, and system documentation
- Provide pre-sales technical support during bid preparation and contract negotiations
- Maintain deep product knowledge across Johnson Controls' HVAC and automation portfolio
- Track market trends and competitor technologies to maintain competitive advantage
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC sales engineering or technical sales
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, building automation, and energy management
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in technical sales roles
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Professional certifications (LEED, CEM, HVAC-related) preferred
- Proficiency in CRM systems and technical proposal software
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
