Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to grow market share within the HVAC and Building Management Systems sector.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site surveys for prospective clients.
- Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, cost estimations, and tender submissions tailored to project requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and facility managers.
- Provide expert technical consultancy regarding energy-efficient HVAC design and integration.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the transition of projects from the sales phase to the project management team.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the local HVAC market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of proven sales experience within the HVAC or Building Automation industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, chiller plant optimization, and BMS (Building Management Systems) technology.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex technical deals.
- Professional certification (e.g., Green Building Index or similar) is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Selangor region.
