Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand our HVAC market share in the Selangor region.
  • Act as a primary technical consultant for clients, engineers, and contractors, providing expert recommendations on HVAC systems.
  • Prepare detailed technical proposals, cost estimates, and sales presentations tailored to specific project requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal project management and engineering teams to ensure seamless service delivery from proposal to installation.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, consultants, and decision-makers in the construction industry.
  • Conduct site visits and performance audits to identify energy-saving opportunities and modernization potential.
  • Provide regular sales forecasting and market analysis to management to support strategic planning.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in technical sales, specifically within the HVAC, Building Management Systems (BMS), or MEP industries.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC equipment, chillers, and energy-efficient building solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
