Are you a seasoned Sales Engineer with a deep passion for HVAC systems? The Supreme HR Advisory is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Senior Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Damansara. In this pivotal role, you will act as the technical bridge between our innovative climate control solutions and our clients' complex infrastructure needs.
We are looking for an individual who excels at combining technical engineering expertise with a consultative sales approach. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, designing HVAC solutions, and fostering long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers. If you possess the drive to hit sales targets and the technical acumen to troubleshoot complex system designs, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HVAC industry, focusing on commercial and industrial projects.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Provide technical support during the design, selection, and application of HVAC systems and equipment.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and site surveys to quotation and final negotiation.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure system designs meet performance standards and client requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to provide technical guidance and ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitors, and new technologies in the HVAC sector.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a Sales Engineering or technical advisory role within the HVAC industry.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, HVAC schematics, and technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of cooling load calculations, equipment selection, and psychrometrics.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing large-scale projects.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in English and Malay.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or HVAC simulation tools is highly preferred.
