Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients
- Develop and deliver customized proposals that address specific customer needs
- Provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sale support
- Work closely with product development teams to gather customer feedback and improve products
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights
- Assist in the development of sales collateral and training materials
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand complex automation systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with CRM systems and sales methodologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
