- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Malaysia
- Manage and grow key accounts while expanding market share
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for SMT inspection solutions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to provide pre-sales technical support
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and networking
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts and proposals
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies based on market feedback
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales or sales management
- Strong understanding of SMT inspection technologies and electronics manufacturing
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in B2B environments
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate technical features into business benefits
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
