You will play a critical role in driving business growth by leveraging your technical expertise to identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities within the semiconductor and industrial manufacturing sectors. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the semiconductor and industrial equipment markets.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities by conducting market research and leveraging existing networks.
- Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations to prospective clients, ensuring alignment with their specific operational needs.
- Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation to final contract negotiation and project hand-over.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to troubleshoot customer issues and provide value-added solutions.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to ensure APP Engineering remains at the forefront of the industry.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics) or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, specifically within the semiconductor, industrial equipment, or high-tech components sector.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and industrial automation components.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Willingness to travel to client sites within the Northern region and beyond as required.
