As a Senior Sales Executive at Luxx Newhouse, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize our sales funnel and ensure client satisfaction.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new leads within the Senai and wider Johor market to expand our client base.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to drive retention and upselling opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive activities, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and proposals to management for review.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align on sales tactics and campaign execution.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure and onboarding.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with the local business landscape in Johor is a distinct advantage.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred for client site visits).
