Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales pitches and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant discipline.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas consistently.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong command of English and Malay; fluency in additional local languages is an advantage.
  • Possess own transport and valid driving license.
