Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share goals within the assigned territory in Metro Manila.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with new clients, including contractors, architects, electrical engineers, and property developers.
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of Lumitron's innovative lighting solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while adhering to company pricing guidelines and policies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and market intelligence.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for the senior management team.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the energy-efficient lighting sector.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven successful sales experience, preferably within the lighting, electrical, construction, or building materials industry.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and standard Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Paranaque City and travel extensively within Metro Manila.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and possessing excellent time management and organizational skills.
