Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase company offerings
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining profitability
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts using CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales with proven track record
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with ability to close deals
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Strategic thinking with ability to develop sales plans
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of sublimation or printing industry preferred
