Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across diverse industry sectors
- Present product solutions and negotiate contracts with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted sales campaigns
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales strategies

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience in B2B environments
- Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (client site visits required)
