Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with brand awareness campaigns.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Track sales metrics and provide regular performance reports to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales or business development roles.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
