In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by expertly managing and converting sales for our premier tours and flexible "Free & Easy" FIT (Free Independent Travel) travel packages specifically tailored for the vibrant destination of Hong Kong.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients, providing exceptional consultation services to ensure their travel needs are met with precision and excitement. We are seeking an individual who excels in building relationships, negotiating deals, and exceeding monthly sales targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive revenue growth by converting leads into sales for Hong Kong tours and "Free & Easy" FIT packages.
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand travel preferences and recommend tailored itineraries.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry and proposal to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain a robust network of potential clients and partners within the local community.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless booking and travel arrangements.
- Track sales performance and adjust strategies to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends, flight schedules, and package promotions to provide accurate information.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Tourism.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong as a travel destination, including popular attractions and visa requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Valid Professional Tax ID (Pantawid Pambayad ng Impok) is a plus.
