- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the shipping and logistics sector
- Identify new business opportunities and expand MSC's market share in Johor and surrounding regions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and contract negotiations
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize sales approaches
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to manage complex contract agreements
- Deep understanding of global supply chain operations and shipping industry dynamics
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English
