We are representing a prominent global leader in the printing ink manufacturing industry as they embark on an aggressive expansion phase within the Indonesian market. We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Sales Executive to drive business development, cultivate key accounts, and solidify our market presence in Jakarta and beyond.
As a key member of our regional commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, managing the full sales lifecycle, and providing technical consultative support to clients in the printing and packaging sectors. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the printing, packaging, and manufacturing sectors across Indonesia.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Conduct professional presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with high-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop localized sales strategies.
- Provide technical insights to clients regarding printing ink applications, performance, and cost-efficiency.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and activity logs to support regional management objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product delivery and service.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the printing, ink, chemicals, or packaging industry.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian industrial landscape and established networks in the printing or manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding ambitious sales quotas and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and support regional business activities.
