Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the supply chain sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer relationship management (CRM) records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the supply chain or logistics industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
