Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets for commercial kitchen equipment
- Prospect, engage, and convert high-value clients in the hospitality, food service, and F&B sectors
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative selling and exceptional service
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop customized solutions
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in commercial kitchen equipment or industrial machinery
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets with measurable results
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with experience in complex sales cycles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship
- Knowledge of F&B industry trends and commercial kitchen operations preferred
