Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand the company's client portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct professional presentations and service demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong self-motivation with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM software/sales tools.
- Strong understanding of the local market in Bandung Barat and surrounding areas.
